Dear Mother,

Thank you very much for the two record albums. I'm sure that we'll get a great deal of pleasure from them as soon as we finish building our record player. Thank you very much for offering to give us yours, but we really don't need it and you have a lot of old but good records down there that would be condemned to gather dust permanently if you gave it to us. We have a pile of fine components. It's just a matter of working down

While we have no intention of cashing them in & squandering the loot on bubble-gum, they should be re-invested in line with our future financial plans. Anyway they are of an obsolete [serces?], which pays a smaller rate of interest than current Series E Bonds. If you have already cashed them in somehow, forget that I asked, of course. If not, I would appreciate your signing them in front of the bank's notary & sending them to me by certified mail. I can cash them in at our bank as I did with some

P.S. Could you please send me The MOTT'S address. [written in corner of page]

5 others I had a couple of years ago. I had no trouble in doing it even though I was not 21. Since I had an account there in my maiden name & still have plenty of identification in that name, I don't anticipate any difficulty. It might be more difficult in a couple of years however. If you feel that my name is on some that do not belong to me, please tell me, & I will forward you the money after you send them. It is all part of our concern for Little No-Name's future. Right now setting up any legal pro-
