in a threatre around the corner. One night is a case we happened to meet the star of the play (arsenic and old lace) and she got us great tix and had us backstage afterwards etc. She was great, and it was a nice change to hear a play in English. Oh mom I know its $$$ to send stuff, but is there any way you can send me V-nec beige sweater? If it's too much then don't, but I got some new boots that are that color and you want me to look "put together" don't you! The stores close at 12 sat so Im off to get my supply of food for Russia - everyone says all they got there was potatoes and cucumbers and bread that bounced. I'll smuggle in some oranges or is that a western influence? Our teachers know we cant take any books in - so no homework can be done! Too bad! I'm not sure if I told you Bob Fritz's friends are great - have 5 kids - ages 1½ - 20. I might go to Innsbruck w/ the 20 yr old and her friends one weekend in March. They also have 3 horses play tennis etc. The girl my age wants to live in the US to learn English - she should live w/ us seriously - she's great & then wants to go to a U.S. med school. - mit vielen herzlichen gripen - Diene - Chrissie
