[typed] My darling Nannie,

Theodora is turning over and over in her bed waiting for me
to come but I am not going to begin by not keeping my promise to
write. Theodora is feeling very well after her trip up to the
city and I am too, my throat is almost well. We think of you every
day and do hope your trip won't be too irksome. I have at last
gotten into studying habits and have been hard at work for an
examination in Milton tomorrow. Theodora says definitly she wishes
I would come to bed or else put out the lights so think I had better
do both, am going to write to Aunt Tad tomorro.

Good-night-

Sunday, Sept. 22- '95.
