so much. Theodora looks very distinguished in her two beautiful dresses.
Have not seen a glint of the Holways, Hazeltons or anybody all week so
have no news of people. Am going to make soda biscuits to go with our
chicken dinner & this week I shall have a chance to try the receipts you
were so sweet & thoughtful to send. Am dreadfully sorry this letter
didn't get off sooner but Gertrude answered[written] for your this week's news - How
glorious that she is actually on the Atlantic - am glad Europe has
gotten into the family. It will be our turn next. We look for your
letter to-morrow as the very quiet fourth deprived us from it yesterday.
