the red tape when I get back to school, and I'll be taking the drama-type classes next quarter anyway, so that isn't a very big deal. I will be sending 7 letters home to Professor Rebholz with Janice, to get anything more I [can?], but I really thought it was about time I [hustled?] this to you so I could try and get it all straightened out as soon as possible.

I know the next question here. What is the point? What are you going to do with this degree once you have it? To be honest, I really don't know at this point. I know that isn't going to go very far in [convincing?] you to let me go to another quarter of school, but I can't help it very much at the moment. All I know is that Shakespeare is what I'm the most interested in (that's [what?] the English major would be [aimed?] at) and it seems a shame to waste that interest. I couldn't teach college-level unless I got a PhD (HA!HA!) but I might find something I coudl do. I might go on and get a masters and [then?] see. I'm obviously grasping at straws right now, all I know is that what I'm aiming at is turning out to be wrong and I'm going to need to turn in a new direction, which I haven't found yet.

Well, I guess that's probably more than enough, besides, it's about time I mailed this letter, I've been writing it on and off for over a week now, so I really had better get it in the mail before I beat it home. Sorry to drop this all on you this way, but I really didn't have much choice, did I? Well, gotta go, I'll be talking to you shortly. Bye. Vickie
