(5) Mr. Hsu endeavored to raise
the quarterly dues from $1 to $5
in order to help out the
Club expenses. He moved to
change the constitution to
raise the dues but was not
carried thru.

(6) Mr. Hsu also read suggestions
by Mr. P. Hwang as to the
determination of the rent
of rooms. It was finally
decided that two persons in
a room would raise the
rent 50% plus the original rent of
room for 1 person — Collection
of the rent being made by
the treasurer and the rent
to be paid in advance.

(7) Action was passed for the
subscription of

(8) It was carried that notice must
be given to the members
