Mr. F.Y. Chuck amended that if the
old members send their applications befor
the opening of the quarter.

Mr. N.Y. Yue amended that if the
old members send their applications in
the end of each quarter
with half of the room rent, except
summer time and in summer time
the applications for rooms in Autumn quarter should be in two
months of the end of Spring quarter with
half of the rent.

Mr. W. Taam seconded Mr. N.Y. Yue's
amendment with Mr. A.F. Chuck's motion,
and was passed by majority.

(3) Mr. F.Y. Chuck made a motion
that the rooms whose numbers are given
below should be doubled:

Room: 5, 6, 7, 3, 8, and 9.

Mr. H.C. Wong amended that Mr. F.Y.
Chuck's motion is only good for the
Autumn quarter of 1921.

Mr. W. Taam seconded the amendment
and the motion was passed by majority
