July 22, 1921

Special Meeting
9:00 P.M.

Present:- A.F. Chuck, C. Chen, C.T. Chi, C.H. Lee,
R. Chin, J.M.H. Lynn, N.Y. Yue
and F.Y. Chuck.

Absent:- Geo. Chan and H.W. Pai

Business:-

1. Mr. C. Chen moved that the books used
in the Stockton Campaign should be audited
by the President, English Secretary and Treasurer
- seconded by C.T. Chi - carried.

2. A motion was made that Mr. C. Chen
should go to San Francisco and ask Dr. Tsai
when he will be in Stanford - second
and carried.

3. It was decided that the "House cleaning"
list shoudl be continued.

4. Mr. C. Chen moved that the office of
Vice-President should be cancelled - seconded by
J.M.H. Lynn and carried.

5. It was decided by general agreement that
the President will take full charge of
the program of the coming social.

6. Mr. N. Yue's resignation was not accepted.

Meeting adjourned 10:00 P.M.
