5/5/22 Spring Quarter 1922

On the absence of Pres. Yue, Treasurer
Wong
called the meeting to order. 8:00 The minutes
of the last meeting was read and accepted.

As there was no old business on hand
the question of further carrying on the
financial campaign was brought up for
discussion. Motion was made to
leave the [fate?] of campaign open till
that day when the final account ([blank])
and list of subscribers to be published has been made.
This date being filed as June 10th by motion
made by Mr. Taam and seconded by Mr. Chuck.

Motion was made to elect three persons
to take charge of 1st old accounts, 2nd fixing
new accounts, 3rd Getting picture frame
for subscribers. By acclamation Mr. Yue
was elected to adjust the old accounts, Mr.
Wong, new accounts, and Mr. C.H. Lee for
the picture frames.

Motion was made. All accounts and checks to be signed
by both the treasurer and president, before
drawing from the Club Treasury.

Mr. Yue and Mr. Wong were elected
to canvass Vallejo. Pres. Yue read the house
Rules drawn up by executive Council and
adopted and passed by assent of the
members. Mr. Yue and Mr. [Chin?] were
nominated to carry on some work along the
line of publicity of China.

Meeting adjourned 10:30. p.m.
