6:15 Wake up + watch both, Fast Forward.

Misc. Watch CNN at 7:30. Still no news

7:45 Call York. MS at 47 3/4. But mention the clearing problem, and whether it's ok to go ahead + sell more even though others haven't cleared, due to Section 3 of Rule 144 letter.

York will check, so I get nervous and wonder whether I should have brought it up at all.

Misc. Mom + Dad call

Realize I have letter from Microsoft to First Jersey, so I call York + tell him.

Read PC Magazine awhile.

Tracy calls to say they need 2nd 144 Form, for full authorized amount, so I must go in.

Then York calls, and says the other problem is not an issue. I can sell before last sale has cleared.

So I tell him to sell at best price > 47.

9:30 Go to Merrill Lynch. Sign papers.

York says he was able to sell 1000 at 47 1/4.

Go to Microsoft. Resync DOSENV + WW.

Diff many updated files but changes are mostly International, Educ (crippled), etc

Make clean since there's new compiler, etc.

Make all.
