SEPT 28, WEDNESDAY, 1983
This is the last week of what feels like a major 3 year period, from Oct '80 to Oct '83. Just before Oct '80, I had finsihed up with HBS and gotten my life very stabilized. Then in October '80, I started on my technical finance studies, then went on to BASIC, and today I have released v1.00 of Microsoft Sort.
I haven't written any books since Mid May. It was a fun summer as I finished Sort, studied Multitools, and decided what to do about 6502 BASIC. I wrote memos explaining why not to do any various any more implementations like AppleSoft II or a GWBASIC for Commodore 64.
So assembly language is behind me!! And Cobol/Basic too.
