I like to work hard but I don't feel I'd be motivated to program on this. No enthusiasm for involving myself in the process of programming.

But I am very enthused about the product line.

But the weather in Feb + Mar will demotivate again.

Could I have managed SORT? No, but I wasn't into it like I could be into financial software.

I like the idea of being a designer + leader who actually codes, but I've done it on Sort and now I must GROW UP.
