[orange]It seems odd to work that far from
where I live, when[/orange]
[pink]I could live there if not gay
most of my colleagues live on Eastside[/pink]
most wonder why I live in Seattle
[pink]even Bill's buying Medina property
bridge traffic getting worse.
nice to go home for lunch breaks.

But I don't FIT IN, living on Eastside.
Once I got back in Seattle I noticed
how ratty Capitol Hill looks though.
Again I think I could live better here
but where? Well I need to look around
and not have requirement for a VIEW.

Earlier today I figured each of
SF, SD, LA + Seattle have negatives,
but Seattle's have not been impossible.

SF congestion + squalor is IMPOSSIBLE
But S. Cal is not impossible. It may
just take getting adjusted too.[/pink]

YET BIG PLUS IS IT'S [pink]PEOPLE[/pink]
AND [pink]SUNSHINE[/pink] FOR [pink]ENERGY.
Being unsocial, would I find this opportunity
ellusive, or inappropriate at best?[/pink]

I've said before I go back to μSoft I
need a new home. [pink]But if I like my home
well enough, considering
convenience OFFSETS wierdos rattiness
then[/pink] [orange]maybe I should change employers.[/orange]
Why did I wait till now and not in 85?
Microsoft didn't move to Redmond till 3/86
and
I was caught up in Works by Then
I wanted to do that location awhile.

[orange]It'd be tough for me to move back into
one of those offices AGAIN. And do lunches.

I want to have some good design ideas
for a useful product that makes money.
Pers Acct never made $$
I didn't design Works.

Do I need S. Cal energy for this?[/orange]

[blue]Look over Highlights I made in Diary '84 today.[/blue]
