1:00 Look at "Perspectives." Doesn't make sense due to:

Section title "FOCUS ON APPS."

Remove BS.

Cut down to just "MEMORY + CONCURR"

Rewrite other [pi] on ADDS + WINDOWS and merge with ideas in FOCUS ON WORKS, making the whole section FOCUS ON WORKS.

Fix it all up. Print out.

1:00 Make + eat lunch, reading ~ workstations.

1:45 Review + print out again. I want to get this right because I'm going into a very "deep sleep" over Print Mode for awhile, and when I come out, I'll want to remember all this stuff accurately.

2:30 Go to work.

3:00 Misc office stuff.

6:45 Dinner at Yankee. Ugly waitress.

8:00 Read updateww, displayfli, formatline

9:30 Go home.

10:00 WSJ. Mail. Mark T calls.

11:00 Add notes on long-term price reduction of computing to "Perspectives," and how popularization will justify all sorts of increased software creativity.

12:00 To bed.
