10:00 Talk with Dad while Mom snoozes. Pretty good talk. Still hard to look at him.
10:30 Go home, feeling down.
Felt like having fun, kicking up heels.

7:30 Get up. Put yesterday's laundry in dryer. Start another load.
Have waffles + strawberries.
Try wearing skin-tight bike shorts.
Didn't really care for 'em much.
Put away dried clothes, start another load in dryer. Go to gym
10:15 Workout went slowly. 2 1/2 hours!
Sun left. Clouds came.
Waffles sat in stomach. Daydream.
Music was uninspiring.
Not depressed, just slow.
Decide to start Cybergenics
From workout chart I see no gains over last five weeks. Stable.
12:45 Home. Put laundry away.
Make + eat good halibut lunch.
Look at Cybergenics. Seperate what to take when
J/O. Get dressed for Microsoft.
Read WSJ. Overall profits up 11%.

3:00 Work on colors. Refinements.

7:30 Dinner at Wendy's.
8:00 More colors. Testing. Looks great.
