9:45 Walk down Broadway, getting chocolate raspberry truffle. Go to Melrose Street to watch fireworks. Reminded me of '79. First 4th of July here since 1982 at Mark Levines. Great seeing the amateur fireworks along Melrose. Felt a firecracker at 20 feet! Big fireworks over Elliott Bay were good, esp with Space Needle foregrd. Walk home via Thomas + down Alley where Bob lived in 1984, and then down street where Tom + Dan lived. Not a bad summer: Trivial Pursuit, the Jungle Party, Russian River twice. Walk up Thomas passed Lee Salinas apt. Go home, realizing DOS hidden files can be on separate disk, with conf.g sys autoexec and *.SYS!!! Much more room for \DOS + \WORKS. Works will be so great on [greater than] 20k disks.

7:00 Get up.

Thoughts on how to keep my thoughts on paper. Use multiple subject notebooks with pages you can throw out. Go over the fin'l stuff and put into one. Consider incinerating some diaries from before Apr' 85...But first get fin'l thoughts + others into subject notebooks. Just keep diary for timing details, and keep only a few years. Also keep non-actionable "feelings" in it. GOOD

Start laundry. Misc.
