And I went to LA + SF in Apr + May '84 after a long stay in Seattle (since Sep '83) AND WAS WELL RECEIVED...

So that makes a big difference to me. I didn't need a body till 84. I was happy with Chip, Dick, Bill, Russell, Tim, Bob, Brad, and then Bob again thru end of '83.

But then I changed.

But would I want to live in LA or SF? I took three more trips and found that it would be very tough to live in either. (See book written last August.) And it's tough doing a split residence because you can't focus on one area, or one set of friends. Mail gets messed up, etc.

Work got very interesting at the end of 84, and during '85 my trips have all centered on San Diego, which has been just fine.
