Time to write about taxes
for EDITX.

First let me present my
method of sale. I think that
the $7000 I wrote of last
weekend is too low. Also the
six months payment may push
it a bit. I think $10K
plus $2K to ADP, which totals
$12K payable as $1000/mo for
12 months is better, for several
reasons. It makes it look like
a longer time to RMC which is
better because it spreads payments
out and from the point of
pushing similarity to a salary,
it makes it seem more like they
are a year away from anything.
A full year had a magical ring of
sounding like a long time. Also
$1000 is less than $1500 which
they would have to pay an
employee plus overhead, which
amounts to marketing time and
office space, and computer time
(the last of which they have in
