1982 CHOOSING OF
RESIDENCE

I want privacy esp since I haven't
had a roomate I've
known well in a long time.
Bad at HBS!
{at breakfast
going & coming
in living room & pacing

So I
need at
least a
studio

But I can't live where
the bedroom is in with
the dining table. I need
more than one room.

So I need a 1 bedroom
apt at least.

Nice Room 200-250
Nice Studio 300
Nice 1 Bdrm 425 + 25% -- for 2nd bdrm
= no more than
$550
but Everetts is 450 + 25% = no more than 575
So my own need for space
and privacy Justifies the
extra $200 a month over
a room in a shared situation.

The second bedroom
is the only question. But it is
just $75 a month after
taxes. The extra space
is nice too, plus more
interesting layout & separate dining room.
More like a home, not a crash pad.
