Aviation bldg 45 Ave Montaigne
w. Spat at 9am. Sworn
into service for 4 yrs.
Came back to Pavillion Hotel
expecting to stay the
night(!) but just as
I was about to pay for
another night Spat
came with the announcement
that we would have to
go to the barracks -- Hotel Mon-
taigne at 30 Rue M -- to stay.
We had planned a farewell
feed at Maxim's for [Blate?],
but had to stay in tonight.
Cold, it is, but we have
steam heat. Vern didn't
get registered today.
Spat, Jimmy P., Ben C.,
Harold Sayer, Niel P. and I are
in two rooms together.
