Cold! Lordy! Slept
little during the night.
Had windows open for
air - which I suppose
was foolish in spite
of training. We're in
the Army now. Swept
the halls and down five
flights of stairs besides
moving the bedding
from one storeroom to an-
other this morning w.
Spat. Dinner w. Vern Jim &
Hal. S. at a [Duval?]. Very
bad service.
