He is coming to N.Y. to the Amer. South - annual convention of the Confederate Soldiers had from 7:30 to 11:30 to look about the capital grounds and the center of town, however, and hear the band play and see flags waved and hear the old boys - childish, lots of them - talk over old times and reaffirm their allegiance to the United States.
