Dear Sir; In response to your queries and requests
{circled:1} I shall not return to Stanford as a student but it may be that I shall desire to return to a position in the out-patient clinic in San Francisco.
{circled:2} In the future teaching programs at Stanford I would suggest more use of movies and auditory stimuli.
{circled:3} I entered the Army in an active status 3 July 44 as a 1{superscript:st}. Lt. in the Medical Corps. I have not been overseas but have been assigned to neuropsychiatric

and electroencephalographic work ever since my indoctrination. There have been no promotions.
{circled:4} Enclosed is the requested photo graph. It was taken before my entry; I am now some 20-25 pounds lighter.
