Dear Sir, Your letter of Mar. 15 institutes forwarded to me by my father. Your postwar planning has given me a cartain sense of satisfaction, now made all the stronger by my participation. I have given the questions involved consideable thought, and will endeavor to answer them according to my own point of view. By that I mean I cannot answer the first question, to [wit?]: How many Stanford men and women ill return. Having only 60 units in order to recieve my degree it has never occured to me that I would fail to retain....I shall and as quickly as possible. What will I study? ool, I majored in Labor and adminsitration in Econ. Poly. Sci. respectively. However, they were entirely too weak all theory and while it is difficult to compare Labor to medicine from a practical view-point I sincerely think there is more to be gained from [further?] of the above fields, then has heretofore been shown. As to housing I lived at [Bronner?] and was entirely satisfied. Perhaps an addaptation would be a light in the packing area - not [perhaps?] only important I agree. I also found the extra-[?] facilities quite adequate, no matter what you plan on to what degree it will still depend on the student. some wouldn't participate even if asked to hold the feathers for safety rand.
