We are anticipating the pleasure
of seeing your Mama and Harriet at

also hoped that you might accompany
them, when the disturbing news of poor
Wilm [William] Throsby's [or Throsbey's] death both surprised and
shocked you. I trust his steps were directed
by the kind hand of his Heavenly Father
to your Parsonage, had he been in other
quarters, he might have been surrounded
by persons of far different religious beliefs
and perhaps not one prayer have arisen
from his Chambers of death, Your
Uncle desired to be kindly remembered to
you, and unites with myself in entirety
