I will most cheerfully attend
to all your wishes and outings
in this Town.

I have already called at
the Surveyor Gens. Office, and find the
Grant for 15 acres of Land, in the name
of Rev'd Hassall of Parramatta, is preparing
& advised that it might be soon ready for
delivery, which they promised & can thanked be
punctually attended to.
