From your experience on the passage with respect to our New Zealand friends I will thank you to give me any hint which you may think [indecipherable]. Is not Teeterree inclined to be a little obstinate & sulky at times. I am sorry to say our friends Mr. Hortence has been very unwell, but is I hope getting better. 377 Lampeter March the 12th 1821 Dear Sir I take the pleasure of wrighting to you this few lines in hope that they will find you in good health as this leves me thank be to god for his loving mercy towards us at all times i hope that the lord will reward you for your kindness to us at all times i hope that you wont forget us never and if you will [indecipherable] duty is not to forget you peace be to you and to all that belongs to you i am afraid that we shall love all our teachers i hope that you will go home safe we are very sorry that Mr Jones is gon from us but we are glad in one thing that he is going because we think he will be a great comfort to you in your trouble and sorrow i am often think of the good advice that you gave us. something tell me that you are to comeback but when i remember that i shall never see your face nor hear your views no more this side of the grave

378 i am ready to burst out in tears the sunday school is coming on better than we expected our teachers if very kind to us but especially Mr Ed williams and Mr. D. Jones we are going there every sunday night to sing but we shall never see one like you my sister gives her best respect to you and hope that the Almighty will give you power to go home safe and shall see your dear mother and your dear brothers and sisters well and she is very sorry that she had not the pleasure of bid you the last fare well the sunday school are all join in love to you i was often thinking of that chapter that you have red to us last that it was very becoming to you and to us i hope that the lord will give us power to folow the good examples that you gave before us i hope that you will remember me before the one [indecipherable] of grace that he will pardone me of all my sins i shold like to pray to god for his grace to make you a faithfull Minister of jesus christ to preach the
