And Mr Cavenaugh, who only {indecipherable] such, went this week for the {indecipherable] Mr Cable is away and his receipt will not be paid for a few days. Mrs. {indecipherable] paid {indecipherable]
I could get nothing {indecipherable] the other day from Mr. Oxley: The order which he has given me I now send, with the Private {indecipherable] letter relative to the land for purchase. one in his neighbourhood, where I believe there is still plenty of rich land. I cannot however be advised by my friends, as I have no opportunity of choosing for myself.

I named to Mr Oxley respecting the station of Capt. King, but he says that part is not managed. You will however get the best information from Mr. {indecipherable]
I have enclosed a note for Mr. H - if you think it is necessary to use it. Wishing you health, every {indecipherable] blessing on the way, and a safe return
I am My Dear Sir Yours very truly Richard Hill
