Dear Friends

Mr Crook and I called
in Capt. Bunch [?] yesterday
and made particular
enquiry.  She sailed from home
in Nov, and arrived 
among the Islands the later
end of September. As the
wind was against their
making Aimeo [Moorea Island]. They manned
a boat and went to that
Island.  Capt Bunch [?]was
kindly received by Mr Henry.
He took Mr Henry & family
there, and brought Mr Nott 
back, in his last voyage,
and bears a very good character
among the missionaries.

Mr Henry was overcome with
grief, for the death of his wife. 
She had been dead some
