annuity of rent charge of one hundred pounds per annum to be paid and payable therefore and thereout unto my said dearly beloved wife for and during her natural life by even half yearly payments in every first day of Jany. and first day of July during her life and upon her death the said rent charge on annuity to cease and be determined.
