[?] to assist him in the cultivation of his farm will dvise [ and bequeath unto my said son Jonathan, so much of the [?] sum of Two Hundred pounds as shall happen to have been paid to him cash on value, at the time of my decease to be paid in half yearly payments of Fifty Pound out of my personal estate, over and above my said son Jonathan’s share and proportion

of my personal estate, herewith to him before in this my will? and I will direct and appoint all Divisions of my real and personal estates to be

made in pursuance of this my will shall in case

of any difference be made by my Dearly beloved wife and my Executor Edward Eagan hereafter named who shall divide the same fairly and equitably according to the true intent and meaning of this my will and which shall be conclusive on all parties, and I so hereby nominate, and appoint my Dearly beloved wife executrix and my sons Thomas Hassall and Samuel Otoo Hassall and my Friend Edward Eagan of Sydney

mordant executors to this my will and I appoint and constitute my Dearly beloved wife and Guardian to my younger children, and as I

wish and recommend all my younger children to live with their

mother my Dear Wife I will instruct my Executors to pay out of the respective Estate of each of said children such yearly sum for their maintenance and Education

[indecipherable] lands and offices my ___ at my building house at Parramatta the twenty Eighth [day] of August in the [form?] of one thousand eight hundred and twenty.
