With reference to the Purchase of
Five Hundred Head of Cattle more or less
sold by Mr Saml Lyons at Austin in April
1847 It is hereby mutually agreed between
the Undersigned that the settement of the
account shall be left to the Arbitration
of William Dawes Esq & Robert Towns Esq
with leave for them to appoint an umpire
and we hereby mutually agree to abide
by the award of the said Arbitrators and
Umpire

dated in Sydney this 21st day of
September 1847.
