Dear Madam

In the course of the day will you
be kind enough to inform yourself of the
Persons name from whom Mr McArthur
purchased Pyrmont, the date of the grant,
and in whose favour the same was made out,
- also the date of the Grant of the Ground
at Cockle Bay, for I have neglected so
long to compleat our little law proceedings,
that I am really afraid you will place
an unfavourable interpretation on my
neglect -
after the Civil Court is over I will
do myself the honor of waiting upon you
