Your letter of the 17th
Inst reached me this morning having
been forwarded from Bombay. I am sorry
you should have had the trouble of
calling in Chester St unavailingly - though
it was probably better that we should
not meet until you had made up your
mind as to the course you should adopt
respecting the representation of N.S.Wales
at the London Intern^l Exhibⁿ next year
a matter in which I can offer no suggestion
or opinion - altho my brother Wm has
of course written to me fully about
it & has sent me a copy of his
letter to you.
