Gas shares – and when
Mr Robertson wrote to me
in Sepr he had been unable
to get my money refunded
by my Trustees This ap-
propriation of my money
being an old greivance [grievance]
was my real reason – for
stipulating that my money
should be placed in the
Funds –

But as I now calmly con-
sider that I can deal
more kindly & justly by
those who succeed me by
placing it in some safe
Government security in
New South Wales I do so
and explain my change
of action I have my dear
inflicted a very long
