two servants I left are now
ailing) that on advice we
have resolved not to return
Our lease is fortunately out
early in April – After trying
in every possible way to get
a house furnished either
at Parramatta Sydney Ashfield or
Newtown (to escape sea breeze)
We have utterly failed in
finding anything furnished
or
unfurnished
