Mon. Sept. 13, 1909

Worked at packing. Mr D. did typewriter. Dinner at the Irving with Irene. Miss H. John the Dresdens Miss Hunt & another young man.

Tuesday 14

Came over N.W to Chi. Miss Everett on train. We had a good time. Went to Eleanor club. no. 3. Lunch with Miss H. at N.W. Station

Wednesday 15

72° 59° Went to Mrs Robins in morning. Shifted from E. Club. to Harvard in afternoon Went to see Mrs Ingres after dinner & 6016. Jackson [R Ave?]

Thurs. Sept. 16, 1909

Went thru Wash. Pk with Mrs King to see Taft procession. Afternoon went to office & saw him down town again Went to bed early.

Friday 17

71° 61° Worked in morning. Went to Mrs R. via bank at noon. Came home via Miss Stout's & office. Worked after dinner at Harvard.

Saturday 18

Worked hard After lunch walked with Mrs King. At night executive board meeting at 275 La Salle. Left at 9.45. Warm day.

Sun. Sept. 19, 1909

70° 61° Worked in morning. Went to St. Gauden's exhibit in afternoon. Returned via Eleanor Club 5 to sup with Miss Two. Called on Mrs Thompson after.

Monday 20

82° 67° Bought a suit at Rothschild's. Went to the office Worked on report in afternoon

Tuesday 21

Went to the office after lunch Mrs R passed upon my report. Had grey suit fitted. Came home & typed report. Pouring rain.

Wed. Sept. 22, 1909

Went to town & bought shoes. Took report to printer. Sent telegram to Murphy. Very sick in evening. Pouring rain.

Thursday 23

Stayed in bed. In evening went to meeting of com. on Amend. at 275 La Salle

Friday 24

63° 51° Went to 143y 372° W. Ohio & worked till 5. Went to office corrected proof of report. Miss H. Miss Two & I dined at the Monadnock.

Sat. Sept. 25, 1909

Mrs Raymond came to Harvard in morning. I went down to office & had shoes attended to. Worked all the afternoon.

Sunday 26

Took Mrs R. her breakfast in bed. Went to Mr Robins for dinner. Worked there till time to meet N.Y. delegation. Brought 4 & Miss Schweichler home with me.

Monday 27

Opening of conventiion. Read reports. Constitution Committee in afternoon Public meeting in Y.M.C.A at night. Very weary.
