Ethel & I had lunch at Progressive Club & then went on a round after pictures to Art Inst. etc & got back so tired that we rested on the floor. Dinner alone at Hearth. Walked home. Fred came at 8.20 & I drove up and down drive & over to Clark St. Then we went down Eric St xxxxxxxxxxx
Home at 12.10. Windy & cold.
Wednesday 12
Very warm. Miss Wyatt called in afternoon to talk Magazine.
Dinner & lunch at Hearth alone walked home. Unprofitable days - not accomplishing anything to speak of at all.
Thursday 13
Dorothy Sears called. Also K. Ussher & I took her to lunch downstairs. Wm B. on a flying trip came in to see us 3 times but was interrupted every time. Dinner at Hearth alone & walked home. Cool night . Slept with blankets.
