Spent morning in room. In afternoon met Miss G at La Salle. Went to Art Institute & poked around & came home very tired.
Mon. 20
Cold day. Mighty busy. Lunch with Ethel at Thompson's & wrote important letters. Margery Currey came to Hearth to talk to me while I was at dinner. Walked home and worked but very tired.
Tues. 21
Cold day. Odds & end[ends] around the office. Lunch with Ethel at the Hearth. Dinner there alone and walked home.
Wed. 22
Poked around office. Miss Galvin called for me at five. We had dinner at the Hearth and went [to] hear Calvé sing at Majestic.
