Sun. 14
Lovely morning went walking all thru Whitehall & Mall with S. Bull & Dr Maiden. After dinner moved to 91 Holland R. c/o Mrs Spiers. Went to Usshers for supper.

Mon. 15
Went shopping with Kemp Mrs S's maid. Lunch on Uxbridge Road & went to Nell and got fixed up at the bank. Then shopping at Selfridges and gave Nell tea there. Home, no fire so went to bed in most of my clothes.

Tues. 16
Went to see Mrs Ussher at French Chapel, Carton St. had lunch with her near there & went home. Carried on to Shepherd's B. Nice woman came back with me. Cooked chop in own room & went to bed.

Wed. 17
Went to 2 Cavendish Sq. Lord Crawford's place to see voluntary munitions workers with Aileen & met Geraldine. glad. Lunch with Annie Champion there & went with her and Aileen to see La Boheme at Shaftsbury. Jeanne Brola as [continued on next page]
