Got up at 7 to get breakfast & get Vic & Ivy off.
Grey & a shower, but cleared before they left between 10 & 11 for Katoomba, & thence back to Penrith & Goulburn.
Gave them coffee & cakes & saw them off.
Such a happy 4 days & the 2 last perfect as a dream looking at the coast.
My heart sank back to devastation in the disorder of work I am not strong enough to do now.
So I rang Nell Jordan poor girl, her situation is not good.
She will come next week.
I must get back to my Pixie story.
Tried - unsuccessfully - too tired - too desolate.
Tired of being a self-starter.
So read a poor Galsworthy novel "Beyond" slept an hour.
Chilly towards evening.
Lena telephoned.
