Busy day at chores did not
leave office till 7.30. Bath
water cold
1 April Tues
Dense fog. Morgan came.
In evening met Fred & went to Soho
& Piccadilly & then home late.
Cold miserable evening & so
tried by conditions that I feel like a
break down
2 Wed
Pottering trying futile day
at office in the clutter. Home
exhausted
