Lovely weather. Stayed home
& was very busy.
Jno. rang up & said he wd. go with H.N.S.
Buried Nancy at Hampstead. Service
in little Chapel first. Few relatives
came in. Tired - bathed & went to
bed early.
30 Fri
Lovely day. Fred came at 4.30 &
we had waffles at Museum tea shop &
then sat in Russell Sq. Thence by taxi
to Spanish Café & home so exhausted
I was hysterical & had wait on
Ethel & put away dinner things.
31 Sat
Worked all day in
office till 7.30 & went home
exhausted but had to wait on
Ethel & household & got to
bed late
