To bed late. Bad sleep owing to Ethel.

11 Mon
Called in to see John. He sent his friend
[Daws?] to go to theatre with me. Dinner
at Flemings then to Criterion to see "Our
Mr Hepplewhite". Warm day. Worked till 6.45

12 Tues
Lovely warm
day. Pottered at office. Pottered at
home. Nelson came late at
night

13 Wed
Lovely warm day.
Morgan away & I had to work
hard all day. John & [Daws?] called for
a minute. I took Dorothy Smith
to lunch at Minerva. Tired
