17 Sun
Morning at St Pats & St Francis &
afternoon Mrs Gavan Duffy
called & took is [meaning "us"?] to A's. House
where we met a
number of Sinn Feiners.

18 Mon
Not so warm.
Went with Mrs G. Duffy to various
museums & Sinn Fein headquarters & then
had lunch. In afternoon saw book of
Kells & had supper & went to see "Colleen
Bawn" at Queen's Theatre.

19 Tues
Oh for a sleep in a room
alone but Miss Hodge particularly
trying. Had Desmond Fitzgerald at
lunch & then went in a jaunting
car around Phoenix Park. Had
to share room with Miss Hodge at
night. Ill with nervousness.

20 Wed
Went to
Natl. Gallery again & to Mansion
Hse. to see Brian O'Higgin. Lunch
at Picture Hse. Cafe. Then thank God
I escaped from Miss Hodge &
rested during afternoon.

I think the show mentioned on 18th August is "Colleen Bawn" - although I couldn't find any information linking "Colleen Bawn" as a play or film to the Queen's Theatre in August 1919.
There was a play "The Colleen Bawn" by Dion Boucicault from Dublin, written in the 1860s, and also a film "Willy Reilly and His Colleen Bawn" - but this was not released until 1920.
