Varney at 157
High Holborn & stayed till 10.30.
He gave me something to eat.
Fred rang up during afternoon to
get my Easter address

18 Fri
Spent the day at
home with Nancy. Had tea in
garden. Mme Jalhay & M. Moffatt
also present. Mr A. went to
Paris.

19 Sat
Went to Miss Hodge in forenoon. She
took me to lunch at Pritchards
in Golders Green. Got wintry &
cold. Found myself very
tired.
