Aunt Lena & I went to town at 10 o'clock & called on Mrs Black at Macquarie Hse. Thence around the shops & lunch at Miss Bishop's. Met Eva in Gardens. Strolled around wishing tree - went for a swim in Woolloomooloo Baths. Tea under a tree in Domain and home.
A beautiful ripe cicada came & sat on my hat
