Wrote comfortably all the morning. Lunch with Roberts and left for Kiandra at 2 p.m with Frank Yen.
Trees & shrubs lovely. Many dead beasts by way. Uncle, Aunt & Joan met me in buggy & brought me on to Gooandra where we had tea & a good sleep. Oh the loveliness of the snow gums in bloom for miles like giant fairies in an unspoiled paradise & everywhere bubbling streams. And the sunlight dazzling, sparkling, swooning in the distance in beauty and burning me even through a stout blouse & heavy sweater. Met old Mrs Hunt, the fruit woman & Uncle bought figs
