27 Sunday
In morning rushed down to see Miss Scott & back again to lunch and to catch northwestern mail - thru carriage to Pockateroo with Rene & Jack.
Passed some gorgeous shrubs - one covered with yellow bottle brushes. Saw oyster beds in Hawkesbury & gum trees tall & straight & white as a white washed pole as if Salome had thrown away her 7th veil. Some spotted - some like a sunburned lady powdered & some freckled.
