Pic nic at Coo-gee. Father & Mother, Eva Tal, Miss Gillespie, Aunties and Chris Wilson. I had two dips in bath.

Went into town to see Aunt Gus & Metta Prowled around a bit & home to lunch. Four Vernon girls called in afternoon. Mr & Mrs Gibson called after supper. Connie did some ghastly recitations. I felt hysterical internally

Went to town at 1p.m & met Stanley McKay & Mrs Elkins at Ferry - Sargents' for lunch & then around the Harbour & home to Mrs Elkins. Bob McKay & others there. Home at 10.30 The Harbour was not a bit beautiful nor interesting & I was perished in silk dress & wool cape

Aunt Lena & I went to town at 10 o'clock & called on Mrs Black at Macquarie Hse. Thence around the shops & lunch at Miss Bishop's. Met Eva in Gardens. Strolled around wishing tree - went for a swim in Woolloomooloo Baths. Tea under a tree in Domain and home. A beautiful ripe cicada came & sat on my hat
